“Loser Takes All”, is the 7^th feature film of director Nikos Nikolaidis and the last of his “years of cholera” trilogy- following the films “The Wretches are Still Singing” and “Sweet Bunch” — depicting the director’s glance on the last decades of the 20^th century. The film was completed in September 2002 and out in cinemas on the 31^st of January 2003. It was awarded Best Film Directing and Cinematography awards at the National Film Awards in 2002.

The album was released in 2002 from Hitch — Hyke records . A new , revised edition of a double enhanced cd of this long out of stock album will be released from Alltogethernow in 2011.
