When placing an order, you will be asked to give your full name, the address in which the products purchased will be sent, your telephone number (mobile phone or other), your e-mail address etc. After checkout, a confirmation email will be sent providing information about the purchased products , shipping costs and the total price as well.

According to the principles for the protection of personal information provided for by legislation and international treaties, the company will not proceed to any illicit use of those information or one to which you have not consented.

Alltogethernow records has taken all the legal proceedings against malicious or non-approved use, interpolation or loss of user’s personal data. This data will under no circumstances be revealed, published or sold to others unless this is imposed by the Authorities for legal affairs.

Customers can change , delete or update their personal data, inactivate or delete their accounts.
The customer declares that he accepts the collaboration terms and accepts to proceed the purchase according to them. The terms of use for the transaction between customer and Alltogethernow records have been read by all interested in this dealing.

2. Terms

We ship the ordered items in less than 48 hours after payment with Greek Postal Service (EL.TA , www.elta.gr ) . Shipping costs differ from country to country and they depend from the items number in order. Please read section 3 for detailed information about postage costs.

Alltogethernow is not responsible for losses or damages on items that may occur during the process in post offices. That’s why registered shipping is recommended . It is also traceable through internet . If you will not choose registered shipping we will ship with the standard surface mail which is cheaper.

Payment is accepted in Euro, GBP and USD , with PAYPAL or Bank Transfer and must be done in 7 days from the order date , otherwise the order will be cancelled.

4. Conditions

All of our items for sale are Brand New unless otherwise is stated. Most of them are sealed , but some stuff like vinyl Lp’s from independent labels and the t-shirts are not.
